Descripción del puesto: We have vacancies in our children's mainstream residential centre in the greater Dublin area

Requirements:


Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field

CORU registered or in the process of registering

Previous experience in social care or a similar support role (preferred but not essential).

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.



Desirable Experience:


Full clean driving licence.

Experience in team leading or taking on leadership responsibilities within a care environment.

Supporting young adults with Autism, ADHD, and complex mental health needs.

Experience working with individuals affected by addiction.

Working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, person-centred support.

Familiarity with behaviour management plans and tailored support strategies.
