Production of French-style pa.tisserie: entremets, tarts, petits gateaux and macarons

Wedding and celebration cakes - assembly, finishing and decoration

Production for cOl:'porate events and our caf. counter range

Working to high standards of quality, precision and food hygiene (HACCP)

Contributing your own ideas to new creations and seasonal collection



YOUR PROFILE:


Trained pastry chef (culinary school diploma, CAP/BEP or equivalent)

Professional experience from a patiss,erie, bakery, restaurant or hotel

Precision, creativity and a strong eye for detail

Working English - French is welcome; Swedish is not required

EU/EEA citizenship or a valid permit to work in Sweden
