Essential requirements:

Experiencia:


Previous experience in construction, preferably in civil engineering, reinforced concrete, formwork, masonry or carpentry.

Ability to work safely on a large construction site.

Ability to follow instructions, work in a team and adapt to site requirements.

Basic ability to read plans/drawings, especially for formworkers.

For Team Leaders: minimum 5 years’ experience in the specialty and previous experience leading or coordinating workers.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden.



Desirable requirements:

Experiencia:


Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects

Experience with prefabricated elements, reinforcement and concrete works

Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE requirements and quality standards.

Formación: Professional training or diploma in construction, formwork, masonry, reinforced concrete, carpentry or equivalent.

Idiomas: Basic English and/or French
