EIT Urban Mobility ( EIT Urban Mobility - largest community for urban mobility innovation ) is an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union and Europe's largest

network for transport innovation in cities.

Our mission is to accelerate change towards a sustainable model of urban mobility and liveable urban spaces. We connect public and private actors and provide them with access to markets, talent, finance and knowledge.

Must-have:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical accounting, management accounting, project accounting, financial reporting, or a similar accounting-focused role.

Proven experience managing multiple cost centres, projects, or complex analytical accounting structures.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial close processes, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Ability to identify accounting issues, financial risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Experience working in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, entities, projects, or international environments.

Experience using Power BI for financial reporting and dashboard development, while also possessing strong Excel skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 level or above), both written and spoken.



Nice-to-have:


Experience with EU-funded projects and grant accounting.

Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems
